PM Agent
Build it, or kill it? A scored answer, then the docs to ship it.
The problem
Every product team has a backlog of good ideas and no shared way to say which one matters. The loudest request wins, and the docs that support and QA need get written after launch, if at all.
What was built
An internal tool that pulls a task from ClickUp and walks it through a seven-phase assessment: questions first, then each of seven company objectives scored from −5 to +5, then how often each of 30 roles would use it.
A Feature Value Index turns that, with effort and risk, into a decision from “Build This Sprint” to “Kill Immediately”.
It then writes the user stories, a test-first implementation plan, developer and QA notes, and support docs, and commits them to the docs repo.
Designed and built it, with AI coding agents.
