01 — PROCESSES

The handoff is where it bends.

Most of the work in a growing brand doesn't live anywhere. It lives in a thread, a DM, and one person's memory of how it went last time. That is fine at four people. At fourteen it is the reason the same problem gets solved twice.

What a process with no home costs you

  • You pay for it twice — once when it goes wrong, and again when someone redoes it.
  • New people cannot plug in, so every hire restarts from whatever the last one worked out.
  • You become the routing layer. Every handoff needs you in it, which is the job you hired to stop doing.

What we install

Four processes worth giving a home.

  1. 01

    The creative loop

    What gets installed
Brief, shoot, edit, launch, measure, next brief — each step in one place, and the next brief written from what your ads already proved.
    What it replaces
A spreadsheet, a Slack thread, and whoever remembers which angle won last quarter.
What you see in month one
A round of briefs built from performance data instead of opinion.
  2. 02

    Creator assets and rights

    What gets installed
Outreach, contracts and asset intake in one pipeline — with an expiry clock on every usage right you hold.
    What it replaces
A folder of contracts nobody reads, and a creator asset you are no longer certain you can run.
What you see in month one
Every live asset traced to a right that has not expired.
  3. 03

    Support triage

    What gets installed
Tickets classified and replies drafted from your own past resolutions. Escalation stays with a person.
    What it replaces
A shared inbox and a macro list that went stale in March.
What you see in month one
First-response time on the bottom half of your queue.
  4. 04

    Returns and exceptions

    What gets installed
Routing and drafted resolutions for the orders that do not go to plan.
    What it replaces
The exception pile that quietly eats a week of someone’s month.
What you see in month one
How many exceptions cleared without anyone opening them.

How it comes back to you

Month one is the expensive one. That's the point.

Same shape as everything else we install. We build it with you, on your work, until you can watch it run and agree it does the job — then we hand it over a piece at a time. Month one costs what it costs because that is when it gets built and proven, not billed. By the time your team runs it without asking, we are support.

Nothing here is a template dropped on your business. A process only has one home if that home matches how your people already work.
